1. Fill: fill tray with water.
2. Freeze: drop Glissage™ in tray (hole-side down). Place in freezer overnight.
3. Apply: release Glissage™ from tray. Stroke face with ice blade. 

Caution: don't apply to the same area more than 2 or 3 times continuously. You should feel refreshed not frozen!
