How to Use Glissage™ in 2 Simple Steps
Using Glissage™ is easy. Just freeze, then massage for an instant lift and glow.
Step 1: Freeze
1️⃣ Fill the tray with water. This tall, slim tray/container is designed for freezing water into the desired blade-like shape.
2️⃣ Place Glissage™ (hole-side down) into the tray. This ensures a secure ice formation through the holes.
3️⃣ Freeze overnight—for best results, let it freeze for at least 6-8 hours.

Step 2: Massage
1️⃣ Release the ice blade. Run warm water over the bottom and sides of the tray for about 90 seconds to loosen the ice from the tray. Be careful not to get water inside the tray, as this can cause separation of the ice from the tool instead of from the tray.
2️⃣ Start massaging. Hold Glissage™ at a flat angle and stroke your face in long, upward, and outward motions:
- Jawline: Move from chin to ear
- Cheeks: Stroke from nose to ear
- Under Eyes: Sweep from nose to temple (be gentle here!)
- Eyebrows: Move from nose to temple, curving under cheekbones
- Forehead: Glide from eyebrow to hairline
- Nose: Lightly massage from bridge to cheeks
- Neck: Glide from ear to shoulder
