How to Use Glissage™ in 2 Simple Steps

Using Glissage™ is easy. Just freeze, then massage for an instant lift and glow.

Step 1: Freeze

1️⃣ Fill the tray with water. This tall, slim tray/container is designed for freezing water into the desired blade-like shape.

Fill Glissage Tray with Water

2️⃣ Place Glissage™ (hole-side down) into the tray. This ensures a secure ice formation through the holes.

3️⃣ Freeze overnight—for best results, let it freeze for at least 6-8 hours.

💡 Pro Tip 1: Use a tumbler (as shown) for stability and to keep a separation between Glissage™ and other food items in your freezer.

💡 Pro Tip 2: Want to elevate your skincare routine? Add a rose petal or a few drops of green tea extract to the water before freezing!

Step 2: Massage

1️⃣ Release the ice blade. Run warm water over the bottom and sides of the tray for about 90 seconds to loosen the ice from the tray. Be careful not to get water inside the tray, as this can cause separation of the ice from the tool instead of from the tray.

2️⃣ Start massaging. Hold Glissage™ at a flat angle and stroke your face in long, upward, and outward motions:

  • Jawline: Move from chin to ear
  • Cheeks: Stroke from nose to ear
  • Under Eyes: Sweep from nose to temple (be gentle here!)
  • Eyebrows: Move from nose to temple, curving under cheekbones
  • Forehead: Glide from eyebrow to hairline
  • Nose: Lightly massage from bridge to cheeks
  • Neck: Glide from ear to shoulder

Glissage™ Best Practices (What NOT to Do)

Don’t overdo it. Limit to 2 minutes per session. No need to refreeze and reapply!
Don’t stroke in one spot for too long. Keep the ice moving to avoid freezing the skin.
Stop if it feels uncomfortable. The massage should feel refreshing, not painful.
Avoid using if you have a sensitivity to cold or any skin conditions that worsen with cold/massage.

See the Difference with Daily Use

Immediate results: You will get an after-workout pink flush. You will feel more awake and relaxed at the same time.

A few minutes later: The puffiness in your face will melt away. If you wake up with morning puffiness, it will be substantially gone.

A few hours later: If you have an active cystic acne, you will see the inflammation visibly subside.

Over a few weeks: With consistent use, Glissage™ helps to sculpt, lift, and de-puff—giving you naturally radiant, firm skin.  Make it part of your morning routine, and you’ll see visible results in no time!
