How does PRIAMBLE stay in place?

The earrings feature a gentle spring-clip design that secures them to your ear without piercing required. To wear them, clip them horizontally, halfway up the rim of the ear so the spherical speaker end sits in front of your ear opening and the electronics end tucks behind the ear. They stay secure during everyday activities and light workouts.

Do I need pierced ears to wear PRIAMBLE™?

No, PRIAMBLE™ uses a spring-clip mechanism, so no piercing is needed. They are designed to fit a wide range of ear shapes comfortably. Some find it helpful to wear it on the highest point of the ear, then slide them down to where it feels best for the user's ear.

Can I use PRIAMBLE™ for phone calls?

Yes. PRIAMBLE™ includes built-in microphones for hands-free calling. You can answer, end, and manage calls directly from the earrings.

How does open-ear audio work?

PRIAMBLE™ uses open-ear audio technology: sound is delivered near your ear without sealing the ear canal. This the most natural way of hearing: like speaking with someone or holding your cell phone next to your ear. The sound moves into your ear through air. Hence, "air conduction". This means you stay aware of your surroundings while enjoying music, podcasts, or calls.

Are they compatible with all smartphones?

PRIAMBLE™ is compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled devices, including iOS (iPhone) and Android smartphones, as well as tablets and computers with Bluetooth support.

What is the Bluetooth® range?

PRIAMBLE™ maintains a stable connection up to approximately 33 feet (10 meters) from your paired device in open environments. This is standard for bluetooth devices.

How do I pair PRIAMBLE™ with my device?

Open the charging case with the earbuds in it; the system will enter pairing mode. On your device, open Bluetooth settings and select "PERIPHERII" from the available devices list. Detailed pairing instructions are included with every shipment.

Battery & Charging

How long does the battery last?

PRIAMBLE™ earrings provide up to 3.5 hours of continuous playback per charge. The charging case provides several additional charges for extended use on the go.

How long does it take to charge?

The earrings take approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge. The charging case takes about 2 hours to charge fully via USB-C.

Water Resistance & Durability

Are PRIAMBLE™ earrings waterproof?

No, PRIAMBLE™ is not waterproof. They can withstand light sweat during workouts and outdoor activities, but should not be submerged in water or worn in the shower or rain.

Are they suitable for workouts?

Yes. The spring-clip design and sweat resistance make them a great companion for gym sessions, walks, and outdoor activities. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or water exposure.
