Updated Return & Refund Policy:

For US orders, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers who miss the 30-day window may be eligible for store credit within 60 days of receipt; please contact us to inquire.

We do not offer returns on international orders.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags still attached (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Email us at concierge@peripherii.com or use the contact form below. Please include your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization Code along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Please use UPS, FedEx, or certified USPS mail for all returns.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom ordered items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The 30-day window applies to exchanges as well.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
