Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard ground shipping on all US orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Estimated total delivery time is 7–14 business days from order date.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed before 12PM EST on a business day are prioritized for next-day processing.
International Shipping We currently ship select products to international destinations as follows:
- Glissage™ , Twice Hook™ Belt and Headbands available to the US, United Kingdom, European Union, Japan, and select additional countries
- Priamble™ Audio Earrings: currently available for US orders only
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates. Delivery times vary by country. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
