Return Eligibility

For most items (Glissage, Priamble™ Smart Earrings, Hair Sticks), you have 30 days from our shipping date to request a return.
Holiday extension: For orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31, returns are accepted until Jan 31 of the following year.

Exceptions:

  • Hair accessories (most) and all belts have a 14-day return window for U.S. orders.

  • International orders: Returns are not offered. If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a request using the form below and include your order number.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Code and shipping instructions.

  3. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs. Please use UPS, FedEx, or certified USPS for all returns.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-ordered items

Exchanges

For the fastest service, please return your item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
