Q1: How does PRIAMBLE stay in place?
A1: The earrings feature a gentle spring-clip design that secures them to your ear, ensuring stability during various activities. To put them on, all you need to do is snap them (gently) into place, horizontally, such that the spherical speaker end is positioned in front of your ear opening, while the electronics end is hidden behind the ear.
Q2: Can I use them for phone calls?
A2: Yes, they come with built-in microphones.
Q3: Are they compatible with all smartphones?
A3: They are compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled devices, including iOS and Android smartphones.
Q4: How long does it take to charge the earrings and the case?
A4: The earrings take approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge, while the charging case takes about 2 hours.
Q5: Are they suitable for workouts?
A5: They can withstand some sweat, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are NOT waterproof.
Q6: Do they come in different colors?
A6: Currently, they come in multiple colors; we will share those designs on our website shortly.
Q7: Is there a warranty?
A7: Yes, Peripherii's PRIAMBLE™ Smart Earrings come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer a generous return policy.
